This conversation should take place as and when the manager and employee believe it is opportune to discuss the employee’s sense of wellbeing (rather than at a predetermined moment)
A check-in which focuses specifically on an employee’s wellbeing. The key to a successful wellbeing check-in is for the manager to create a non-judgmental and empathetic space for the employee to share their feelings and concerns.
