Previously annual appraisals were more of a one-way approach driven by the line manager making the appraisal more prescriptive than collaborative. These changes encourage a two-way conversation, enabling employees to be far more invested in their role and their own development.
Not quite using it yet but about to go live soon. I like that our performance management process will all be in one central location. Hopefully, making the continuous discussion around performance management a more enjoyable experience. AND most importantly, the time it will save on HR administration!
