One of the (many) reasons we joined forces with Talos360 was to direct more energy into our product development. This week, our growing technical team at Talos360 and Appraisd kicked off our AI strategy sessions, which will see exciting new AI HR tools being developed in Appraisd.

The goal of this initiative is to better support our customers through features that add value, save time and make performance management a meaningful part of people strategy.

Talos360 recently launched Tali, an autonomous hiring agent, that has already started to prove the value of AI in the recruitment process with data from early adopters showing up to 31% faster hiring, significant reduction in candidate drop-off and considerable improvements to recruiter satisfaction.  

So, while we focus on the AI software developments in Appraisd, here’s a reminder of the existing features that are powered by automation to help our customers work smartly:
