Thank you to everyone that was able to attend the Appraisd Community launch event in London last month. It was great to finally meet some of our clients in person and we hope to be able to meet many more of you in the future.
We had a fascinating discussion about how to engage staff with the performance management process. We plan to hold another, larger event later this year so stay tuned for the announcement!
On Thursday 11th May at 3:00pm GMT time, we run our first Appraisd Community Webinar on ‘How can we get employees to buy-in to, and engage with, performance management?’ I was joined by our CEO Roly Walter and Customer Success Manager Emily Birks and together we delve into some of the insights taken from the launch event.
During the webinar we addressed:
- How to help employees engage with performance management?
- How to gather honest feedback on your performance management process to improve it?
- Common mistakes that can damage employee buy-in
Through the Appraisd Community we hope to bring our clients together, provide content about the platform, our client stories and promote discussions around key topics regarding performance management.
