Roly launched online performance management system Appraisd in 2012. Since then, it has been adopted by hundreds of businesses and is used by tens of thousands of employees around the world. Roly began his career as a Business Analyst at Goldman Sachs designing global online HR tools. It was this experience that inspired him to design and launch Appraisd.
Marc’s work in talent, learning, and organisational development over the last 20 years has impacted thousands of people at global organisations. Marc’s direct experience leading teams through awkward performance management processes led him to building a career in talent and learning for international businesses. Marc now shares his experience with clients via his own people and performance development consultancy, PeopleDev.
Laura Whitehead has over 20 years’ experience, working across top tier financial services institutions, predominantly in their Early Career, Leadership and Talent & Development functions. She is an experienced operator in the talent space having worked with employees across their career journey from graduates to the C-suite. Working in global roles in matrixed environments, her most recent in-house roles focused on critical talent processes and culture change, as well as tactical training and leadership development. An accredited executive coach, Laura founded Triskelion Leadership to support individuals and organisations in managing critical transition points; from individual career challenges to developing new internal talent processes to best develop staff and future leaders.
Brendan started his HR & Talent career in the early careers world where he worked with a variety of employers across multiple industries where he was able to work with employers in helping to attract the very best talent and raise their employer brand across campuses across the UK. He has spent the past 10 years with Menzies LLP, where he has been an integral part of the internal HR team where he has helped cement and develop the in-house Talent Acquisition team and currently is a Senior HRBP working closely with key areas of the business across the full HR life cycle. Brendan is passionate about Talent Management and has been a key figure in successfully embedding the Appraisd system in the DNA of the Firm where talent is assessed, managed and prepared for future leadership roles.
