Treading the tightrope: Optimising performance in a hybrid world

Webinar recording

The workplace has changed and hybrid working is here to stay. Yet employees and managers often have different expectations about the ideal hybrid strategy and approach.

It’s clear we’re never going back to how things were before, yet most companies haven’t yet clarified or communicated their hybrid strategy. Managers and employees are confused, and leaders need to take the lead. What is the right balance? Who calls the shots?

In this webinar, Amira discusses why now is the time for companies to get a handle on their hybrid approach. She gives practical guidance to leaders, HR and managers in how to optimise performance in an evolving landscape.

Amira was also joined by Neil Wainwright-Farrar, Head of Learning & Development at Clarity Business Travel. Neil has seen first hand the challenges and opportunities of hybrid working which he will share.
